Just built new PC, GTX 570 temps OK?

Thread Starter
Hey guys just built my new HTPC gaming rig and i was just wondering if these Zotac GTX 570 temps are OK? Im using a grandia silverstone GD06 so space is real tight. (I also should bought a modular PS but to lazy to return, wires come in the way of the card a little)

Idel" around 50
Load: hits 85 sometimes, around 80-85 with 64% fan speed or so. Is this ok? I mean ya a bit lower is what i would have preferred but I heard that these cards were meant to take temps like this?

On a side note, BF3 ultra at 1080p gets around 45fps on ground, 55-70 on air online 64 players. Only time its ever 30-35 is if your in a tank and you blow up a another tank like zoomed up 2 inches ) Very nice for $299.

Sounds about normal to me. The noise doesn't bother me very much so I have a custom fan profile running all the time to keep it just a bit cooler than usual

Mine sits idle at around 41c and goes up to 60c during stress tests, but it's cooling system is off the hook(Windforce 3 from Gigabyte) both temperature and noise wise. But for a normal GTX 570 on an average case your temps look normal, so no need to worry.

I would keep the fan profile up, and you should be overclocking it as much as possible, use msi afterburner beta, my gtx570's never go above 66c, I got the fan profile @ 90% because they are quiet fans..
