Any anomalies in this chkdsk log?

I encountered an unresponsive computer due to an external hard drive.

As a result, the PC had to be hard-rebooted.

Upon reboot, I copied a couple of files from an external drive to the D:\ partition on my C:\ drive, and following that scheduled a chkdsk and immediately went to restart the system.

Attached are the logs of the chkdsk report.

Can someone help me see if something went missing when the loose hard drive caused the drive controller to stop functioning, and if I should re-install Windows, or is everything pink?

I didn't use chkdsk /f.

Now that I did, here's the new report:
