BF3 Crashes every 25 minutes - Page 4

  • Under-clocked my GPU from 850MHz to 780MHz.
  • Go to Program Files\Origin. Right click on Origin.exe > Properties > Advanced > Run As Administrator.
  • Go to Program Files\Origin Games\Battlefield 3. Right click on BF3.exe > Properties > Advanced > Run As Administrator.
  • Follow the procedure for Windows 7. It only works for 32bit though.
That fixed mine. Haven't crashed yet since that. I'm almost positive it was the battlelog thing that actually fixed it.

Hey I have the exact same problem with my pc I have tried everything

I have:

260GTX
Quad Core
Windows 7 x64bit
4 gb of ram

I know that its not the ideal setup to play bf3 but it should run it, I keep having the game freeze and that buzzing sound noise happens.

I also get it just freezing and I cant do anything to it not even alt ctrl dlt I just have to phyisicaly reset it.

I have tried to put an extra two stix of ram and it didnt do nothing I even went as far as reformating and re installing all drivers i.e. nvidaia, sound and motherboard....

Nothing seems to be working is there any other suggestions that will help us solve this?
