Need a case suggestion for my new build

Thread Starter
Hey guys, can I get some suggestions for a case for my new gaming build please? The rig will have an i5 2500k (w/ a Scythe Mugen 3 maybe??), ATX mobo, modular PSU and a 6970/570. I want to get something that fits the specifications below...

--Full/Mid tower
--Good cable management
--Good air cooling, won't be going water
--Side window
--<$300NZ (around $200US)
--USB 3.0 front panel would be nice but not completely required (none of that shocking extension cable business some cases have going on, must be motherboard header type cables)

So far I've looked at the Phantom, HAF 932/922, RV02/03, Colossus, 400R but I just can't seem to find one that's quite right.

The CM Storm Trooper looked good but I can't seem to find it anywhere in NZ.

Thanks in advance!

Since I'm a Lian Li fanboy, I'd have to suggest their PC-K62. Looks pretty good, has the side window, and great airflow.

Oh I quite like the look of the K62!

Unfortunately the 600T is really expensive here, not entirely sure why... $350NZ ish.

I'm not quite sure about the Phantom... the front fans seem a bit odd to me. Those 120s that blow straight across the HDDs wouldn't cool the rest of the PC much would they? And the optional front fan looked like the grill was really thick with not much space to let air flow through

Sucks that the corsair 600T is more expensive, it's under 200 over here.

932 is a good case. HAF X is very good for cooling. I currently have mine setup with 4x 200mm + 140mm Intake fans (2x front, side and 2x top). 1x 120mm rear exhaust fan.
Temps are great, with plenty of room.

Corsair 600T or Cooler Master 690 II Advanced for mid-tower.

The NZXT is really nice looking and recommended a lot.
I absolutely love my Cooler Master HAF X.
(Either of those for full-tower.)

After that it's down to the looks and/or personal preference.

Best of luck.
