Pentium 4 650 . . . OVERCLOCK

Hi guys. The rig I brought back to life turned out to have a Pentium 4 650. Using gigabyte's easy tune 5 I overclocked the CPU using the easy mode from 3.4 (throttles down when idle to 2.8) to 3.8 stable while prime was running. As soon as I tried 3.9, the Computer Froze. Max load temp was 47C at 3.8 on stock. I wish so apply a permanent overclock, so Can somebody please tell me how to overclock through bios on lga775 and gigabyte bios? Also do I need to install the Hyper TX3 (all that fits in my case) to get it over 4ghz stable?

Well, just to add on, the cpu idles at 34C. Just wondering if this is normal for a Prescott 90nm on stock? Load on stock never goes over 52C. Vcore is at 1.3625v. CPU Host Freq . 200mhz, PCI Express Frequency set to AUTO, and Will I be able to run the memory at its full 800mhz or does it have to stay downclocked to 533?

Funny, before this was a Celeron D Prescott and it ran at 52C idle and 68C Load on an aftermarket Coolermaster Low Profile Cooler.

Any Ideas on what to touch and set in the gigabyte bios? If you would be so kind to download this pdf. Its the motherboard manual. I am giving it to you guys to look at the bios part and tell me what needs to be done. Thank You.
