AMD Phenom II 550 BE Callisto core max voltage?

Thread Starter
First of all hello forum this is my first post i hope you can help me i am not that experienced in overclocking. Here's the thing...i have phenom 550 which is locked,i mean its a true dual-core it cannot be unlocked,i tryed so i decided to try the overclock. With stock voltages i managed to get him to 3.5 GHz stable but everything above made it unstable even on 1.5v cpu voltage.

So i found out it was my memory and HT link which were on auto.So i set my memory (Kingston HyperX DDR3 1600MHz 6GB) on 1:33 ratio which is 1333MHz and lock HT link multiplayer at 10x = 2000MHz and it is almoust stable at 3.8 GHz but the voltage are VDD 1.4500 and CPU voltage is 1.417.

Temperatures shown in software are 20 - 25 idle and 30-35 shown in bios.
I am using Cooler Master Hyper TX3 at 100%
Is it safe to try and push voltages over 1.4500 for Callisto core, cuz i seen 550 on Deneb can handle 1.55v but what about Callisto???
Voltages are my weak spot at OC dont know what should i actually use to make it stable too many options,NB,south bridge,VDD,cpu etc....

My Full specs are

MSI 785GM-E51
AMD Phenom 550 BE
Kingston HyperX DDR3 1600MHz 6GB
Palit GTS 450
Samsung 1TB Sata II HDD

Thanks in advance

According to amd the max core voltage is 1.425v: http://products.amd.com/en-us/Deskto...&f11=&f12=True Deneb has a rated max Vcore of 1.5v so they often survive an extra 50mV. So all things being equal that would put it at 1.475V for the Callisto Though I really wouldn't recommend going above the rated voltage because exen though the deneb survives at 1.55V it doesn't last. Often it experiences core degradation, essentially over time it requires more and more voltage to remain stable at a given clock. So eventually you end up at 1.5V just run stable at stock clocks.

Wow Then i was lucky not to fry it when i putted it on 1.500v,anyways i guess 3.8Ghz could be the limit for my chip,i will try bumping to 1.425 and see

It's not so much the amount of voltage that you add, but the temperature associated with it. If you can keep the CPU and VRMs cool, then you're good. Core degradation with AMDs lithography is always over stated when it comes to adding over 1.45 volts.
