So I swapped everything around so that my bottom, front, back and side fans are intakes and my 6 Scythe AP-15s are p/p exhausting out of my case. My temps for my CPU and GPU seem to be pretty much the same, but my 460 is running about 10C colder. Thanks to everyone for the advice!
