I need some guidance

Hi, I'm upgrading an old computer for a newer graphics card and I had everything installed correctly. As I turn on my computer, it refuses to boot in. The motherboard flashes green green yellow and red. I suspect the power supply and planning to buy one soon. I would like to ask the OCN members what would be the bare minimum for a power supply for my updated system. The parts I have are:

Intel i7 860- clocked at 3.5GHz
Gigabyte P55M-UD2
3 gigs of Ram
MSI 560 Ti Twin Frozr (Used to be an Nvidia 9600 GT)
Seagate 1.5TB 7200rpm
430 watt power supply

If I am missing anything else just tell me and I will happily respond.

I'd say a really good quality 450 would be bare minimum. I'd go for atleast a 550 though, even 600-650 wouldn't be too bad just for the overhead.

Oh, then this 430W rating might be its peak capacity. NVIDIA recommends a PSU with a peak capacity of 500W for powering a system that has one 560 Ti in it.

I would go with a Seasonic or Corsair unit. Anything over 500w will be more then enough.
