The Sammy 950 is the best choice hands down. Color that rivals IPS and 120hz all in one. I really should have buyer's remorse paying that much for a monitor but I don't, it lives up to the hype.

Quite a few members have that display and it is the top dog in terms of 120Hz displays at present, but it does have a bit of an excessive price tag. The model you linked isn't the one with a TV tuner built in, you would need the T27 version not the S27.
The T series with HDTV tuner is not 120hz and has much worse color than the S series.
