Shipping?

Hello,

I placed an order on Oct 19 for USPS Priority Shipping. I emailed with a representative on the 20th saying that the package was shipped out, and I also received the email with the tracking number.

The tracking number says that the shipping info was received on Oct 21. There has been no information updated on tracking ever since.

I have tried to email tankguys however I am getting no response. Can someone help me?

USPS tracking is awful and their shipping is quite slow unless you pay through the nose for it. Tankguys doesn't have anything to do with the tracking info being updated, so there's really nothing you can do about it except wait for the package to show up. (provided it didn't get lost)

shouldnt it at least say it got there? I was wondering if they paid for the shipping label and its just sitting in the tankguys warehouse.

We have seen a number of instances where the package was dropped off and in the hands of USPS but the "tracking" doesn't update until it arrives. That is probably what's happening with this package but I would shoot Tankguys an email to check.

they did that to me sending me my new case, but yeah they suck so your just going to have to wait it out sorry

Priority is supposed to be from 2 to 3 days after they've dropped it off. So for arguments sake, if they dropped it off 22nd, it should have arrived at the latest by the 27th [today]. I'd wait until tomorrow at the latest, then once your mailman arrives, and if your package isn't there, contact Tankguys and explain

USPS's tracking is quite hit and miss. The Post Office down here scans everything right in front of you, so at the very least the buyer will see that it was accepted and en-route. Other Post Offices are disorganized and sometimes skip scanning packages :\\

I'll double check, every once in a while packages get put in the wrong pile. Generally though yes, USPS "tracking" isn't tracking, it's just delivery confirmation... though it still should have been delivered by now. I'll do some investigating!

That is most likely the case, I have experienced this on both ends many many times.
