The Corsair Vengeance at 1600 MHz in XMP configuration would be good (I have that xD ), although I don't see why what you have now would be bad.

You said you put the ram at 1600 and 9-9-9-24 and had no problems. That honestly is not bad. You may not be able to get higher than that stable.

Edit: if you are looking for ram that can do faster speeds, you may need to consider something more expensive. The Dominators for example say they were tested at 2000 MHz. Maybe go over to the Intel Memory section here and ask them.

Unless you have money to burn, faster memory really doesn't matter much in an 1155 board/chipset. There's like <1% difference in my 3DMark11 score between 1333 speed and 1866 speed, and I sure as hell can't feel the difference gaming or surfing. All that said, I know you'd want your gear to run at rated speed, I sure would.

Have you upped your vtt or vccio (same thing, depends what brand mobo)? Stock is 1.05, common is 1.10, recommended max is 1.20. Supplies more voltage to the system that the RAM runs on, can help stabilize high speeds. Does add more heat though.

Ya ive upped it lowered it picked every voltage from stock to 1.2 and still no luck

Yes id love my memory to run at 2000 9-10-9-27 but i originally bought it for bulldozer....... and the 990 fxa motherboard i had... fail on my part..
Intel don't have a 2000 strap and my motherboard doesnt even like 1866 stock timings..Id love it to run at rated speeds i just dont think its gonna happen :{
