I would say 600W-650W. My build in sig rig has overkill PSU. Didn't know it at the time.
Granted 650W will run them in Xfire happily, he's also going to be overclocking. Perhaps he'll want to add a couple of more hard drives later on, or even a beefier SLI/Xfire setup down the road.

For $20~$30 more I'd just go with a 750W unit.

Edit: In case you can re-use the 650W Antec in your sig, go for it. It's a quality unit and like others have already said, will handle the xfire setup with ease.

This is my exact build, it cost me 450 shipped after everything was said and done. Every single item was on sale at the time...but it's still a good deal! Change the case to one you prefer, throw in any sub-300 dollar graphics card, reuse your hard drive and done.

the set I have now wont go any higher then thier rated 1333, so overclocking becomes near impossible.

EMailed them, and they said they'd give me replacements, but then i'd be out of a PC for 1 to 2 weeks.
Wait a minute, they offered to send you new sticks for free because they don't have overclocking headroom and you DONT want to purchase another set from them? Wow that's some pretty awesome CS.

Sent from my phone...

Yeah Lucky, not saying there bad customer service, actually extremely good customer service.
I just don't want to risk having to submit my rig for 2 weeks again.
