Maybe I'm totally wrong, it's happened before, but just in case; go to
Netflix > Your Account > Preferences > Manage Applications.

It should have the option to remove "Netflix in Windows Media Center."

My appologies if you've already tried that, I can be thick headed at times.

I did find it in the Control Panel, where it should be - don't know how I overlooked it before, maybe because it's got the green button WMC icon next to it instead of a red Netflix-like icon. Regardless, remove/reinstall did not fix my issue.

Thanks for the help though! I do appreciate it.

This may be a shot in the dark but I think its worth a shot. Try and install an earlier version of silverlight. Ive heard of others having the same issues and some have linked it to silverlight. Just google old versions of silverlight they're out there.

Good luck, let us know what happens.

No help from Netflix - as nice as she was, she didn't even know what WMC is, and she verified all the thing you guys have told me to do (uninstall and reinstall Silverlight, Netflix for WMC), try it in a browser, etc. They told me to contact Microsoft... In process now...
