Overclocking GTX480 for BF3

Thread Starter
So ive been overclocking my GTX480 lightning a bit now and as BF3 came out i only get around 45FPS on stock. So i decided to OC and i got 55FPS average, problem is i was using the first level to benchmark and half ay through the level it went really WEIRD, like it wasnt artifacting but more that the train ( on the first level) was disorted, i couldnt see the ground below etc.

Soo, i want to check if My OC is ok as i am a bit confused with MSI afterburner.
here's a screenshot below

When overclocking you will probably need more core voltage if you plan on upping your clock speeds and beware of temperatures when you are upping the voltage also.

The thing im confused about is the core volatge says +80 mV , does that mean it add .80 to the stock voltage?

Thanks!

Im gonna go ahead and say based off what mine says that +150 woulld be 0.150 Overvolt therefore a +80 would 0.080 overvolt

edit: as in 1.0v stock +150= 1.150
and 1.0v stock +80= 1.080

(sorry if im wrong on this im going based off of what mine is)
