Help me select a video card

I am lost.

My rig should be in my profile. If not I will add it.

Anyway, I need a cheap video card, I don't game at all. I use my pc for photoshop, youtube, vimeo, netflix, dvds. I run a basic monitor (don't even know what kind) and will be hdmi out to a 32". SO i don't need anything special, cheap is good! As long as it has hdmi out and will work better than that hd 4250 that is built into the mother board of my biostart a880g+

Appreciate the assistance!

ANd here is a comparison for 4250 vs 5450
http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gp...Radeon+HD+4250 vs http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gp...Radeon+HD+5450

but if your in need of more power get a 5670 there 70 bucks and they perform almost 9 times better than that 4250
