after more bang for my buck

Cheers for the help!

Bang for the buck? Grab another 460 for sure. Those in SLI will perform comparably to a 580, assuming you don't run out of VRAM :]

P.S. Welcome to OCN!

As above posters mention, best bang for the buck is to SLI your 460. If you're looking for the best Nvidia single card option, then get a 580.

wouldn't recommend upgrading at all, SLI those 460s they are real workhorses! bang for the buck, you won't be able to upgrade to a different card for anywhere close to as cheap as you can pick up another 460!

first i brought a msi gtx 460 1GB cyclone for 150$... and then i grab another 460 ( hawk TFII) for 100$. 250$ of gpu and it run like a beast. i can max out bf3 easily ( 55 fps average) but i need to low the AA a bit because of the vram limitation. BUT, for the price it's awesome. it really worth it.

go for it you won't regret that
