Quick help; old TC on CPU

just need some quick advice. i havent turned on my main PC in about 10 months. there is quite a bit of dust inside of case, on top of case, and on fans and motherboard. i am going to dust it all out, but should i be worry about TC on the CPU? should i replace it is what im asking i guess. and what about the video cards as well? thank you so much.

just clean dust out turn it on and watch temps... or be safe and change the tim on it
