I feel like this is trolling, but I really don't know... Is there anyone who owns (or doesn't own) a PC who hasn't even heard of minecraft?

I paid absolutely nothing

OT: I love Minecraft, I love the mods, and I love the multiplayer. The only thing thats keeping me held back is that somethings wrong with my computer >.< My GFX card will hit up to 54C when I try and play and run my server at the same time. I've already checked to see if my OC's are stable, I reset to stock settings (shudder), and I even tried to downclock my RAM?

I couldn't even think of touching BF3 sadly because it was web based, forced me to download Origin, and Battlelog. I could have gotten along with the web based part and Battlelog, but I like to keep what I do private. I don't need them to know what applications I run, install, and uninstall.

I don't have the attention span nor creativity to play minecraft. I bought it though, Notch is a cool guy.

Yeah man, 54C load is fine.

The moddable part is yet another thing I love about the game. It's going to get even better eventually since Notch said he plans to release it as open source...I can't WAIT for that.

Sounds like somebody is playing single player FPS. WELL THERES YOUR PROBLEM!

But really though, I'm sitting around playing minecraft right now because I don't have BF3 yet. Ha, I love both of these games.

I'm gonna have to agree with title here. And also the comment about the game that actually uses resources. I mean really, when playing Minecraft, you have to use your brain to get somewhere! How is that not better than BF3?
