Why is your Gflops so low in IBT?
At 4.5ghz i get 119-121Gflops

He's not using AVX/SP1.

But to the OP. Without AVX/SP1 at 4.5Ghz, my CPU pulls 64gflops. Your CPU is underperforming most likely because it doesn't have enough vcore, same thing happens to me when I run with 1.25v, I can pass it fine, but the performance is worse.

Bump your vcore up.

I tried running 4.7+ GHz on my chip and the amount of extra voltage needed to go above 4.5 GHz is quite substantial and hot. For now I'm back at 4.5 and will probably just try to find the lowest stable voltage here. At least until I get some better cooling...

For your purposes I would just start going up on clock speed until you hit the max temperature you're comfortable with. I wanted 5.0 GHz myself but it's really mostly just an epeen thing.

That's why I said "golden".

i already tried 5ghz but after it booted, cpu-z speed was 4.7ghz also in 1 min prime95 stressing, i hit 73c mark. i need a better cooler if i really want
5ghz. im satisfied with 4.5.. band.gif
