Gets worse the more I play. Changing all settings to low doesn't seem to help.

Any ideas?

I had the same thing happening with Aero themes, so to avoid the problem I just went with a 7 Basic theme. Also I have 2 monitors connected, 1 for monitoring programs and the other for the game and with Aero enabled it would black out my second screen when any game is launched..........frigging ridiculous, I really like the aero features but its incompatibility is a joke.

CAP 4 along with 11.10 preview 3 has fixed all my crossfire issues within BF3.

I'm still having audio loops and crashing using 11.10 preview 3 and 11.9 with single 6950....any ideas? updated PB already.

edit: what is CAP anyway and do I need it if I'm using single-GPU?

to fix that, go to where your BF3 game is installed, rightclick the BF3.exe
click properties, compatibility, and then click on Deactivate desktop Composition.

it will disable Aero when you launch the game, then re-enable it when you exit the game.

My Issue:

I keep having Driver has crashed and has been restored all the time, both in single player, coop and Multiplayer. sometimes I have to restart the computer to get it to work again, sometimes I just have to CTRL+ALT+DEL and shut down BF3. Still, its really irritating.

Any clues on how to fix it? is my my rig, the driver, the game?
Got the latest driver from Nvidia, Waiting on 8 gig ram to arrive tomorrow or Saturday.

This.

Also,

UNCAUGHT_SERVICE_EXCEPTION BSOD every 5 or 6 games...
Um.
Unstable OC maybe?

Thanks!

IMO this is a classic unstable gpu oc, or system memory leak issue with the game.
