Questions on upgrading my build

I finally caved and decided to upgrade my build

I currently have a computer that I built 4 years ago.
my current setup is
q6600(OC to 3.2ghz)
evga nvidia nforce 680i sli mobo
Nvidia gtx 260 upgraded from a 8800gts
6gb of pc800 ram
NZXT zero case
Thermaltake toughpower 750w power supply
1 300gb hd, 1tb hard drive
standard dvd rw drive

The reason for my upgrade is my mobo, which I think is somewhat unreliable. soon after I got it the onboard sound died. Its always randomly crashed possibly from heat which other reviewers of this mobo have stated.

I bought a i5 2500k, asus p8z68 v pro/gen3, and 8gb of 14900 memory.
I also plan on getting a gtx 560ti or amd equivalent.
I plan on taking the hard drives and using them in the new build.

Here are my questions.

1.
my power supply which has worked great but its been out since 2006 and wondering if It would benefit me to buy a new one, or if my current one would work just fine. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817153036

2. I am also looking into water cooling for the cpu only. preferentially around $100. any suggestions

3. Is it worth it to invest in a SSD?

4. also I am thinking about buying a new case, any suggestions, or any places for great reviews on cases. the NZXT zero was a good case, I loved it for its air flow, It has 7 fans. I'd like something similiar and something that you can see on the inside.

I primarily use this for gaming, movies, web, school work etc.

1. That PSU is fine, plenty of power left...make sure it's not super dusty inside, though

2. for $100 you're pretty limited in terms of watercooling, corsair's H80 is probably your best bet, but note that air coolers such as thermalright's silver arrow and noctua's NH-D14 are more effective (but huge).

3. Most agree SSDs are fantastic, I myself have never bothered due to the amount of problems people still have with them (windows freezing randomly, having to work at getting them to 100% performance). All in all, if you have the cash and want more speed, get one.

4. I'm not up on cases, so probably best to ignore my advice, but a lot around here love the HAF series for their superior airflow.

Yes I have a Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme CPU Heatsink on my q6600 and its huge, pushes right up against my case fans which is why I am looking to switch to water cooling as it looks cleaner and doesn't take up as much space.

You'd need a H100 in push/pull to achieve the same thermal dissipation as the best air coolers.

Also bear in mind that these closed-loop watercooling systems are louder than most of the huge air coolers, too

I am impressed with the H80 but am concerned with the fan noise. always a dilemma.
