What Power Supply Would I Need For This?

Hi, all i have a Core i3 2100 Processor at 3.1Ghz with 4GB of RAM and i plan on getting an MSI ATI Radeon HD 6870. i cant seem to find the reccomended PSU Amount so could anyone with experience reccomend a power supply?

500w will be more than enough

Antec or corsair will be a good choice

what if i were to upgrade to an i5 2500k and maybe some overclocking to 4Ghz?

You can upgrade to a 2600K @ 5Ghz and a 6970 @ 1Ghz and you'd still be good.

You'll still be good, you'll be surprised how little it 2500k actually uses.

I will bet my house on it.

my rig plus a 470 and water cooling only pulls around 350w under heavy load.
