Screen shifted to the left

Hi, what keeps happening is when I play Company of Heroes, I noticed that my mouse pointer, and where I "click" on the screen are different. When I click my mouse it "clicks" on the screen to the left of where my mouse pointer is. I also noticed that while watching Netflix, there is a black bar down the right side of my screen, and the mouse pointer does not match up with where I "click" on the screen either. So far it's only these 2 things that are not aligned, I can play other games fine. Also, I have the latest video card drivers. Thanks in advance.

Is the game resolution the same as your desktop resolution?

Yup, 1366X768, I tried some of the other resolutions too but it didn't help. And I forgot to add, it's only in full-screen that it does this, windowed it works fine.
