Good co-op games, and how do they work? - Page 3

Portal 2 co-op. But only after you've beaten the singleplayer. And also Battlefield 3 co-op. That's really really fun. And Magicka. And Borderlands. And Terraria.

If you're both on the same wireless network that's the same as plugging into the router, albeit slower but plenty fast for gaming.

All have been previously mentioned......Awesome coop games = Left 4 Dead, Left 4 Dead 2, Killing floor, Rainbow Six, Serious Sam (is a bit of fun), Company of Heroes (if you want to coop against CPU and other plays online). I think L4D2 would probably be the best. Put it on expert and it gets super tough..plus if you get pissed at her you can kill her in one bullet...oh yeah, in game too.

Thanks for all of the replies guys! We've spent too much time in MMOs, so we're looking for some good co-op vs. AI games - much like how the co-op works in Left for Dead. Only, we're into RPGs..fantasy would be ideal, but mostly we just want to play some games and beat them together - something we can do as a couple, and get a sense of accomplishment from beating a game as a team

Try resident evil 5. I thought it was terrible, but it was kind of RPG meets "FPS"...lots of people liked it... Plus there is a chick and a guy to coop as haha.
