I hear the dyes are bad for your system over time. In terms of clogging. Best to use uv tubing

Use uv tubing instead, dye fade over time, and they stain the tubes and reservoirs. I haven't used mayhems dyes, though I have one of them, I had a nightmare trying to get rid of some old dye in the system.

But that was some other brand of dye, it still colored the liquid in the system after 5 drains and 2 or so washing of the tubes and reservoirs.

It is not so present in the system anymore, though it managed to influence the new uv tubing before that.

I use that same UV die in my system for about 6 months and out of those 6 months, its been sitting for about two months. Still no gunking up and just a ever so slight cloudyness.

I really loved the color, it looked great in normal light. However I felt it looked slightly weak under UV light. Overall I was very pleased. This was the first dye ive used in my system. I also used some of the Mayhem biocide and was very pleased with that. I highly recommend them
