Yeah my hostnames used to be a conjunction of an adjective + a substantive (or a name) "Vakseviggo" is my fathers hostname - a similar expression in English would be "Cleverdonald", or something in the lines of that.

I stopped using those because I thought they were uninformative, but look at me now, LOL.

Been a while. I was having a lot of trouble with debugging my xmonad.hs file. I'm quite happy with it now.

Ever since I started using tiling WMs I can't go back

running xcompmgr over awesome or xmonad can achieve some very elegant and functional things. For example you can make windows that don't have focus semitransparent.

Interesting wallpaper.....I love that show
It's insane how popular Arch is. I'll post my latest desktop on my netbook.

Would you happen to know how to do this for xmonad? I've tried using the fadeInactive hook, but that requires using the logHook, which I'm using to give information to xmobar. Is it possible to have both running with each other without issues? I'm not very familiar with Haskell.

Anyways, I saw this wallpaper, and tried to pull colors from it.

I don't care for the red color much, but the others go well together.
