Notice the Arch logo under the virtual machine is the first item in the window list. And how xterm doesn't show up in that same window list thumb.gif

Also some of the desktop applications.

You guys can be so gullible.

thanks for posting the link, Shrak. For those that may be interested the original artwork (on the left side) is an old Japanese woodblock print called The Great Wave off Kanagawa. It's the most well-known among a set of woodblock prints done by the artist, all of which are available in high-rez at the Wikipedia entry. It's worth downloading for those who like to cycle background images thumb.gif

MATE with KWin. desktop cube and 3d windows working.

still got a couple of MATE features to work out, like the alt-f2 prompt I use to launch basically everything. and I'd like to change the top/bottom images to something other then the KDE logo. as for the rest of KDE,it's still not for me with it's like 10,000 start up apps, but it is nice looking and after cutting those out it more then usable. But I still like gnome-shell/MATE/dwm/openbox better.

jrl1357 inspired me to get back to my themed DE. This isn't exactly the compiz stand alone I'd been trying to sort out but so far I'm very happy with it for the most part. I'm still trying to figure out why the windows borders are showing tribal like lines in the windows decorators. They move like a pseudo transparancy or something. It's XFCE with Compiz and Emerald.
