That is most likely tint2? That you installed with openbox? If so, there should be a line in the ~/.config/openbox/autostart file or your ~/.xinitrc file that is starting it. Just remove that line tongue.gif

I shouldn't laugh but I love how you were happy to blindly follow Shrak's instructions and then worry about what they did afterwards. I guess it just shows how good the community is here that you can place so much trust in other members not to post harmful instructions as a 'joke'.

But yes, what I said before should remove the tint bar ( just restart openbox, or log out log in ). Again, this is all speculation that it's tint2 as it's the most widely used in openbox it seems in my years. But that all depends on what you installed and how you set it up tongue.gif
