You're using manjaro, which is NOT arch linux (even though it is based upon arch linux). Their repos WILL be behind the official arch repos. That could explain why you don't see it. I'm not sure though if the AUR for manjaro will be the same for arch linux (which if they are seems kind of scary with deps possibly being out of sync).

I know this comes quite a bit late, but based on what you're trying to do, I think Antergos would be a better distro for you. http://antergos.com/
It is an Arch Linux based distro, but uses Arch's own repos instead of it's own like Manjaro does. They have a very nice graphical installer, I've heard.

Otherwise, you probably could just change the URLs of the repos in Pacman, and "make" Manjaro real Arch.

I broke my Arch install the other day to from the Nvidia drivers so you aren't the only one. Just haven't had time to fix it yet.

Personally id theme a really nice XFCE for them and run wine for office and make some easy shortcuts.. job done.

So I was going to show off my laptop setup but I am now blind and I can't find the damn machine...

Just kidding biggrin.gif Need to go plug the 1080p screen on it, because if I post 1024x768 you guys are going to hate me tongue.gif

Still very WiP, plus the onboard LCD has horrible colors, it looks better on it. baaasmiley.gif

Oh and... I know it's overkill for a laptop this old (Dell Lattitude D520), but... this is Overclock.net, right? biggrin.gif
