I would PHONE Newegg. If you are nice (seriously, be patient and nice, answer all their questions as completely as you can, but I might not mention yanking the PSU cable out of the wall), they might do the 'good customer service' thing and RMA it directly rather than making you go thru Giga.

I didnt yank it out of the wall -.- i waited till the updates were done and the computer was off... then i unplugged the computer from the wall lol

What I mean is why do you have to unplug it, also go to gigabytes support site as they do RMA via serial number I think.

i took your advice and called newegg and they said my warranty expired a week ago lol but they are gonna work with me since i put a RMA originally for it because of the PCI-E problem (that i thought I had fixed)... thank God.
