Wireshark it. A normal game requires about 2.5 to 5 k upwards of 10k a second worth of communications ability to sync client to server all depending on how many players are on screen at a time. Mobs don't count.
I'm guessing Origin is passing around a good triple that amount with all the snooping. You have to learn all the protocols though and be able to figure out what is just normal background noise and not add that.
I bet they are using 3 different network authentications for pc xbox and ps/3 and passing every one of them to every box.
