AMD Phenom II X6 1090T: Best Approach To Overclocking?

Alright, so the build posted below in my system section is about two days old. I just put it together. I want to squeeze the most potential out of my cpu as possible. So my question is this. The highest I can get my cpu frequency to go and be stable is 220, what can I do to get it higher? Do I need to change memory setting or what? Thanks.

Make sure you are dropping the divinders on the ram and also keeping the ht link at around 2000MHz for best stability. First find out what your ram can do without overclocking the CPU (timings and speed) then drop the divider on that by a few (1066MHz) and start cranking up the fsb using 1.45v on the core for a rough tune.

There are many different things that go into a solid overclock so make sure you read up on other peoples settings and general Phenom II overclocking guides here in the forums.

Alright, I will do that. I appreciate it. I'll post how it goes.
