only like 1.38v

But I set everything back to stock except ram is set to XMP. still no help, it starts off fine can play an entire round (bf3) then it starts slowly happening, again it only in BF3 not BF2 or Mafia II or benchmarking.

And ya I have tried all different combinations of in game settings.

Run Furmark and Prime95 simultaneously and if you get some error/BSOD write it down.. if it runs furmark and Prime95 for half an hour without a glitch than it's pretty clear is not a PSU issue even though to be completely sure you'd need a multimeter to measure the voltages.
And run them with the overclocks you typically use.

I will. And ill get back to ya, hopefully its not the GPU

I'm REALLY worried that I may have damaged my motherboard or CPU with the 600w psu cuz it only runs 435watts on the two 12 volt rails???

Nonsense, I already told you, your rig isn't even drawing 350W at full load.

I just contacted EA and notified them of the issue. No one not even there top techs had heard of the issue. The guy on the phone was extremely HELPFUL and recorded a detailed report of the issue and Is going to further it to DICE, HURRARY, so hopefully this will get fixed sooner than later!!

Got my new PSU today. Lets just start by saying it helped the system a lot, runs smoother now if you get what I am trying to say. Also the card is doing better. Lasted A whopping 5 rounds this time without Artifacting, whoever in the end it did and was not fund, could not play at all the entire screen went black!! Yikes, so something is still not right.
