Need new monitor help please

Hi I just recently built a new rig but I noitced my monitor is dying so I was wondering what is a good monitor to get? I already chosen a few and I wanted you guys to look through them to see if its good. I'm tight on money right now so my budget is around 180$. Here are the monitors I have been looking at.

Monitors:
ASUS VH242H Black 23.6"
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...052&Tpk=VH242H
This monitor has a good deal right now but it's not LED backlight and has 5ms instead of 2ms but no ghosting supposedly.

ASUS VE247H Black 23.6"
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...112&Tpk=VE247H
This monitor has LED backlight and 2ms but there are a lot of reviews of it saying it has ghosting. Is this worth it?

Asus ML228H 21.5"
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824236099
These have LED backlight, 2ms and no ghosting reviews for this.

Asus ML238H 23"
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824236095
This applies to the ML228H

Please help me out on deciding which one or give me a recommendation on a monitor TY.

of those 4 i'd pick the ASUS VE247H. it doesnt have that stupid bottom bezel that is on the 238 and 228, but has a better response than the 242H which is 5ms vs 2ms.

Yeah I was totally set on getting the VE247H but then I read a lot of reviews on how annoying the ghosting is. That is whats stopping me.

The ghosting can be turned off in the Menu of the display. yes the ghosting is bad, but when the settings that causes it is turned off, the picture is amazing and the 2ms response really shines.

I heard that you could turn it off but it won't be on saved settings so you always have to turn it off.
