Guys read carefully . Total I will have 2 360 rads 1 6990 oc 1 2600k oc. That is coming from 1 360 1 2600koc. What the temp difference between the 2? Using mcp 35x

Do you have a 480?

nope, just 2 360 rads, one a rs 360, other is a swiftech 360. So.. even with 2 360's, does adding a 6990 to the loop increase cpu temps by 10c or so? if yes, i will do a loop for each.

You should be fine with (2) 360 Rads... I'd bet minimal if any changes in the CPU temps.

2 360 rads? wow...I running near ambient coolant temps with a 240 and a 120 with my 1GHz 580 and my CPU. The same setup ran my crossfired 5850 and CPU as well.

I think 720mm of radiator is a bit of over kill...would probably look cool though

That might almost hit the point where the restriction of the radiator would increase temps more than the heat it removed from the loop...I think your need to find you watts going in and watts going out of your loop and do some math

Its the Dual GPU statement that is confusing people, people forget a 6990 is a dual GPU on its own!

I you keep them as 1 loop, a 360+240 is all you would really need. If you do 2 360s that would be even better.

As for temp difference I'm not sure anyone would be able to tell you that. Since it depends on so many factors, but 2 x 360 rads should be more than enough to handle it.

If you are extremely worried, split it into two loops one 360+CPU loop and another 360+6990 loop.

You'll see only a marginal difference by splitting the loops.
