Seconded. Although the price on that vanilla 560 is really really nice. If the 470 is reference I think you might actually want to consider the 560 unless you plan on investing in some aftermerket cooling. Ref 470s get pretty toasty.

The 470 is an EVGA non-reference board. I'm really leaning towards it now, however, as the above said, the vanilla 560 price is quite amazing.

Is this just for graphics? and how much is your budget?
I personally would go for the 470 as it is better than the 560 and can use newer tech*I know you said you don't care about DX11, but you will soon enough.
It's a gamble in your situation, do what you think will be better for you..If you like the 295 then get it, but knowing from others that some games are not optimized for a dual gpu card you may reconsider it.
What ever you decide it's your cash, and if you want to buy twice sooner then so be it, but if you play your cards right in your favor and for the future then have it like that.
And with what is in you system specs... psu mainly.. your psu wouldn't have a problem with either the 560 or 470.. the 295 could be a different story, although it would run.. but not overclocked to warrant the bottle necks of your cpu or what ever.
