Sorry for the late reply, but yeah everything is at stock except for the CPU. I tried raising the cpu-nb voltage but didn't seem to do anything.

Okay i found the problem. If you want to pass 1.465v on this Biostar motherboard you have to do it through the overvolt setting in the bios instead of the CPU FID/VID control thingie.

Everything seems fine now ^^;

HAPPY FOR YOU... Never used biostar mobos. Did you get 3.8GHz stable?

Thank you; And yeah its stable now at 3.8 with 1.475v and CPU-NB at 2800 with 1.35v. I tried going for 4GHZ but it looks like its not happening, even at 1.54v it was not stable. Kept getting BSOD 0x03B. =(

BSOD 3B means you need more CPU-NB and RAM voltage. Use 1.55v to CPU voltage and 1.4v to CPU-NB and 1.7~1.8v for RAM (remember if you are using ram w/o cooler max voltage is 1.9v and safe one is 1.8v over 1.8v it's unsafe at all).
