Need some help building another rig.

Thread Starter
As the title states, I need some help building another rig.
What I've got in mind so far is:

GFX
GTX 560

PSU
Corsair TX750

CPU
AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black

CPU Cooler
Hyper 212

Motherboard
GIGABYTE GA-990XA-UD3 AM3+

RAM
G.SKILL Ripjaws X

Case

HDD

Shopping Cart Total (so far): $1,030.92

I was hoping to get some suggestions for different parts or if the ones I have now will do fine.
If you have any different suggestions please try and keep it within the current prices. Thanks =D

This is going to be a gaming rig.
My current budget is around $1,200, preferably under.

With that sort of budget you could be looking at a GTX580 and an i5-2500K.

CPU/MOBO: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboD...t=Combo.738257
Case/PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboD...t=Combo.743119
RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820226184
GPU: (use promo code) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814134124
HD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822148701
(HD prices are very high due to flooding in thialand, I would not suggest buying into a "nice" drive at this time, as they are very overpriced. Just order something like this cheap drive for now and hold out till HD prices come back down in a few months (hopefully).
Optical: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16827151233

~$1150 shipped.

-----------

You can get the budget lower easily without sacrificing any performance by pairing up the 2500K with a less expensive MOBO, there are plenty in the ~$140 area that are wonderful. Also, you could drop to a less expensive case. There are many ~$50 cases that are very well respected by enthusiasts. Also, instead of a GTX580, you could buy a pair of GTX460s for around $320, which will actually out-perform the single GTX580, but you would have to deal with some of the drawbacks of multiple card solutions.

------------

EDIT IN:
Actually... instead of the build above, you might consider something like the following:
(2500K + SLI GTX560Ti)

CPU/RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboD...t=Combo.747067
Case/PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboD...t=Combo.743040

GPU#2: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814125401
HD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822148701
ODD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16827151233

$1085 shipped.
