I packaged the monitor up exactly how it came so I'm just gonna drop it off and refuse the shipment. This will give me an automatic full refund and the return shipping is free.
I do the same thing.

Just helps me get reassurance that everyone else feels the same way as me.

Either way, I'm with you! Good luck. I've had to return 3 monitors in the past two weeks so you're still better off than me.

As for those of you posting pixel fixer videos - imho that's not the point anyways. It shouldn't arrive like that to begin with if you as me.

Distance Selling Regulations; get it sent back

I sent back a Dell U2711 because it had one bright (blue) pixel in the middle, and I found myself either staring straight at it, or looking for it when it wasn't obvious

thought i had one on my new dell 2412 but it was a piece of dust that I got rid of by knocking on the screen with my knuckle... even if it was dead I would have kept it, it was about 3/4 by 3/4 of an inch from the upper left corner. If it was anywhere close to the center point of vision I would be staring at it all the mother time, so I'd return it.
