You don't really feel a difference between 1600 and 2000mhz so. 8gb would be best IMO.

you MIGHT knotice .5% difference in framerate IF YOU ARE LUCKY!, however, if you compared 4Gb to 8Gb of 1600, you will notice a large difference.

So, go for 8Gb
