Samsung were not involved with the following;
-Sourcing Physical Constructions such as Antenna Design, glass buttons etc.
-Radios (WiFi, Bluetooth)
-Internal Architecture & Construction
These are just a few it is extremely stupid to suggest that Samsung should be credited with the creation of the device.
Qualcomm provide the radios for Samsung devices & Apple's does this mean Qualcomm should be credited with the creation of those whole devices as well ?
...So you're saying that Apple isn't crapping where it eats...Which is absolutely incorrect.
While Samsung may //NOT// have invented anything...They should certainly be credited for expanding/building upon the hardware they already supply...
Without Samsung I'm sure the phone wouldn't perform nearly as well as it does...That's more fact than anything else...
So, Apple is taking a massive crap where it eats and they will eventually get burned by it.
In fact, I'd almost say that through the evolution of the parts that Samsung has created for Apple, they've moved into an "inventor" category as opposed to just making the part for the phone...Something that our laws certainly don't cover but they should.
If you're hired to make a part for company y, improve it, re-design it and make it more efficient, that part has become your creation and you should have the right to say "I made this"...Period.
