Would the Hyper 212 + be good enough for a 4.4ghz everyday overclock? I don't plan on going higher than 4.5. Also, would the noctua U12P block memory slots?

Apparently I can get the Antec Kuhler 620 water cooling set for $5 less than the D14. However, this will be my first time building a PC, is it hard to install?

I just got a new build going and it's pretty close to what your thinking of. I was wondering though why you chose the extreme4 over extreme3. I know it's a better board but do you think it's worth the extra cash?

I think the only difference is the USB 3.0 Ports and the extra PCI slot, not 100% sure though. I went with the extreme4 because the extreme3 wasn't on the MSY parts list (I don't think it is )

@OP
With the stock coolers people have reached 4.3Ghz before so Hyper 212+ should be plenty.

Most people with 212+ are going for 4.4Ghz or 4.5Ghz overclocking, so you should be fine.

EDIT: BTW OP have your ever tried the following site?

Great place to search for stuff!

What's wrong with the Noctua U12? I use it in my second build with Corsair Dominator RAMs and they fit just fine, is quiet and cools very nicely.

You could have gone with a 750W PSU/800W, 900W is overkill.
I would just get 1 6950 first, and an SSD. A 6950 is good for 1080p for many games, 2 ensures that you can max everything, but an SSD will give you an immediate improvement in all aspects of your computing experience. Get a 64Gb M4 or even better a 128Gb M4.

Thanks for the replies. I've had some bad experiences with buying stuff online so I would prefer to just pick it up at MSY. Also if the CM 212 + is in stock i'll go for that, if not I could get the U12P (D14 too big for my liking). In relation to the PSU the antec 900W was actually cheaper then the corsair 750W, also I think the 900W may come in handy down the track when I upgrade to an ivy and PCI 3.0 card. As things have turned out it seems that I will be receiving an SSD off one my friends in a few weeks time anyway =P

Which MSY is this? Because if it's the clayton shop there's a ton of shops near there such as CPL, Scoptec and CentreCom.
Also you might want to consider only buying one 6950 at a time if you plan to upgrade to ivy and Kelper/Southern Island. As OldMold pointed out, multi-GPU setups have sometimes been a pain and you wouldn't need to spend an extra $200 for another temporary card if you're happy with just one 6950.
