I had the same card for about a week, it screamed insanely loud, I returned it and went with 570 TFIII.

My one card was 15c higher on load at stock clocks than the other. It was really bad TIM job. Coming out the sides. After replacing the TIM both cards are within 2-4c of eachother. There were no stickers to take off when removing the cooler, so as long as you're careful they won't know.

The TFIII is a very nice cooler. 90c at 90% is not good. You need to look at your case airflow and then look at changing the TIM. IF that doesn't work you need to call MSI because there is something wrong with the card.

There have been alot of issues I have read about with the ti hawk and heat. I had one with the same problem.

This seemd to worked for me currently - in afterburner move the voltage slider all the way to the left. And you also want to lower your clock speed also. My temps did go down so far.....to around 63.
