Corsair 650D or 600T?

Thread Starter
Hey guys, I'm looking for a new case. I've narrowed it down to either the 650D or the 600T. Both cases look great to me and I can't decide which one to get. I need your guys opinions on what to do in my situation. My rig is quite simple right now. However I do plan to upgrade my platform and have plans to go SLI down the road. I'm using the H60 right now for cooling but a full water cooling setup is possible but not likely for me. I don't know what case to take guys, the cost factor is very close so that's not a deciding factor. What would you guys choose and why?

Both can fully meet your potential. Now you just got to decide between; Curvy and sexy and a straight boss look.

It's really based on your perception on which one looks the best and fits your needs.

These two cases are almost identical on the inside. Just a matter of which you like the look of better. Me personally? Well, I'm biased!

the 600t was designed for aircooing and the 650d for watercooling. That's why the 600t has 200mm fans while the 650 uses standard 120mm fans. From what I read it seems that it is much easier (less modding required) to mount radiators in th 650d. Watercooling is possible on the 600t but mighg be a tight fit and require more modding.

I like my 650D, there is a mesh side window for it aswell. They are basically the same case on the inside. The 650D has a hotswap bay at the top while the 600T doesn't and is a little bit taller inside.

It really depends on what you think looks better.

650D would be better for watercooling, but if you're only using the H60, then the 600T is just as nice, and possibly better since it has the bigger fans (to cool the rest of your components, since they'll be on air cooling). I just helped a friend build a computer on Sunday with the H60 and 600T, installation was a breeze.

They seem the same to me on the inside, just depends on the outside like another posted said. I like the 600T because it is a little cheaper as well. I am currently trying to decide between the 600T and the Phantom. Though I believe I am going 600T because of how wide it is.
