Problem with eyefinity in BF3 - Page 2

Strange, a friend and I have each had eyefinity since day 1 of the beta with no problems (except ammo count not displaying in the beta, fixed in release version)

I never had that issues, however in eyefinity playing on HC you get no heads up indication of who your teammates are. This lead to countless TKs and frustrated early deaths by literally not knowing who was on my team. Switched down to 1920 x 1080 (one monitor) and the information came back. Don't know if this issue is in normal as you get spotting/see your enemy with the red indicator over their head but in HC it made it unplayable.

I was playing on a private server with some friends I know and kept killing them by accident, they were wondering why it was happening and were confused at first when i told them I couldn't tell who was on my team. My K/D was horrible, I've just now been able to get it back towards 1.0

Here is the fix for eyefinity. Follow it exactly and you must adjust the settings for the HUD to get them in the center screen. http://teamdof.com/?p=1384. I used a value of .30000 to get the HUDs back in the center. Do not deviate from the instructions at all or eliminate a step. Start from scratch setting up the eyefinity. It is basically an issue that is caused by not having the monitors arranged and setup properly. There is still no fix that I have found for the crazy light bloom. Grand Bazar is the wors map for this with those yellow lights in the alleys. On my screen they look like huge vertical yellow bands of light that blurr out everything. I have resorted to only using an IRNV scope on that map to beable to see enemies. I tried adjusting contrast and brightness in the the settings file with no luck. DICE failed to write the code to compensate for the widescreen format of eyefinity to reduce the light bloom.
