Hi and welcome. We're not mean to newcommers here, so don't worry

Most important: What will you be using the PC for? Light gaming, heavy gaming, video encoding, browsing?

Few suggestions for you:
-2500k is the best gaming solution out there. 2600k is the best for video encoding, but costs twice the 2500k.
-Get 4Gb 1866Mhz DDR3 - new CPUs will benefit from the increased bandwidth.
-GTX570 is a perfect card, especially if you plan to SLi later, for some heavy gaming. But if you plan on running 3 monitors or heavy AA, you need 580 3Gb.
-The best price-performance HDD out there is Samsung F3. Two of those in Raid0, you get blazing fast performance for cheap.

Case - NZXT Lexa S - my favorite case

Hope this helps. Good luck!

well im gonna use it for starcraft2 and heavy stream . since there will be new upcomming expansions in sc2 like Hearth of the swarm ( that gets graphic improvements aswel) . I just wanna get a pc that can play starcraft maxed or near max while on the same time streaming for 5-10k viewers .

I plan to use 1 monitor .
is streaming = video encoding ?
thanks for all the time you put in reading and writing to me .

What you listed will be perfectly handled by even Athlon II x4 or Phenom II x4 (or Core i3 if you preffer Intel), and cheap GTX560.

My rig plays StarCraft 2 maxed. It's Athlon x3 4Ghz, 8800 GTS. SC2 is actually a dual-core game. Heart of the Swarm might optimize it for quads.

So you should have 0 problems with it. What I would suggest, in order to save money - Phenom II x4 955 BE + 4Gb Vengeance or Ripjaws 1600Mhz + GTX 560. (GTX 560 scores very close to GTX 560Ti after OC and costs 20% less) (will be perfectly fine for SC2). That should cost you much less than 1000EUR.

If you don't mind spending all the budget, the go i5 2500K + 1600Mhz RAM + GTX570 + some nice hard drives and a more expensive cooler

IMO the GainWard here
http://www2.hardwareversand.de/artic...48635&agid=707

is of supperior quality and lower price. Also, I'm not a fan of pre-OCed cards, which is the Palit.

and here is a rather cheap 8Gb 1866 for top performance
http://www2.hardwareversand.de/artic...8900&agid=1246

and 4Gb OCable 1600 for cheaps
http://www2.hardwareversand.de/artic...8884&agid=1193

edit: Also, this cooler
http://www4.hardwareversand.de/artic...28325&agid=669

2 pipes more, 2x airflow, same price.
