You mean BF3 = BF2 + BC2 mashed into one with a lot of lag, buggy netcode, bugs that even shouldn't be there are launch and to lord of all ih8u, Origin.

Skyrim = Beautifully crafted new singleplayer that you can sink over 300+ hours into without even thinking about it. Hand crafted dungeons, A totally new world and Dragons.

Dunno, Skyrim sounds better to me tbh.

Also, forgot to add in that Skyrim, has modding tools. Yeah, modding tools. So I'll be enjoying my mega mods on an already amazing game to make it even better.

Bugs can be fixed.

Skyrim = More Oblivion ( Which sucked on launch without mods). WOW Dragons!? That totally makes a bad game an AMAZING game. Oh wait.. No it doesn't. Mods? That's all you have? Mods take time to develop. On release this game is going to be just as bad as Oblivion. Dull and boring. Will I still buy it? Probably.

Volim and Vrait, I think you are both right, I'm afraid.

Skyrim is more like Oblivion 2.0. Same but improve engine, so it's akin to a Shivering Isle. Will probably feel more of an expansion (remember those before they started being called DLCs) where expansions ment more/improved content rather then DLCs which feel more like filler content that should have been in the game to begin with.

It was felt that BF3 would have been perhaps a more appropriate follow-up to BF: BC2 rather then a true follow-up to BF2. At least that's what some player reviews have stated on gaming site.

In either case, they both sold out to consoles and their limitations without much effort it seems lavished onto the PC version.

Both these games do not deserve to be defended much.

I had more to say on these two games here;

Volim, Vrait, Gunderman456, keep your silly bogus comments to yourselves. When the game comes out, you will see. For added fun, post you silly claims on the Bethsoft Skyrim Forums. Plenty of people will gladly explain how foolish you are.
As for the BF3 comment, whatever. BF3 is a sequel to BF2. It has nothing to do with Bad Company 2. It uses similar graphic types, but the gameplay and single player quests are WAY different.

And I'm with this guy:

Frankly, your criticism of BF3 is...incomprehensible. This bit about DLC? DICE has no track record of using excessive DLC -- is the Physical Warfare Pack a bad way for EA/DICE to come out of the gate? Absolutely, but I strongly doubt that BF3 PC gamers are going to lay out bucks for guns or uniforms or whatever else.

And even if they do? So what? They want to charge $5 for a gun that I want? That's a coffee -- you and I both have wasted more money on things that made us less happy.

And what exactly is your problem with Origin? The privacy thing? The bottom line is that Origin that has nothing to do with gaming and nothing to do with this little gem:

These spoiled kids serve as the basis of the gaming community. How many people over 25 are playing BFBC2? Guys our age don't make up more than half, I'm sure. Without the youth population -- you don't get games made.

And let me point out that you and I started out in our teens with Doom, Quake, Quake 2, Half-life, etc...there were a lot of teens that started out with Battlefield 1942 and a lot that started with Counter-strike and a lot that started out with BF2 -- all games that we are all proud off that are not "dumbed down."

The dumbing down of games has nothing to do with the emergence of the "Y Generation."

Frankly, your post smacks of the sentiment of the guy with his paper yelling at kids passing by "Get off my lawn!"
And everywhere you look, people who are reviewing Skyrim are giving it top scores, and some even say it's likely to be the best RPG of all time

I played Morrowind, Oblivion and now Skyrim. Dont care of file size or what not.
All I care is to just play and have fun.
Isn't that the point of playing games, to have fun.

How hard is it to do that.

Yes because Bethesda Forums are full of silly, immature fans like you who are so much in blindlove with Skyrim and Bethesda that they can murder those who says single negative thing about either Bethesda, Skyrim, Oblivion or Morrowind. For them an argument about these subjects should either be positive or the argument owner should shut up forever and go die in a corner. Because it's the sin of century for people like you to even consider thinking bad about such an AWESOME game and GREAT company. How dare they? Shut em up, shut 'em up!1!11!

Everybody has right to do whatever comment he/she wants to make and shouldn't be supressed or insulted baselessly for what they've done. Let people think negative about it if they want. They shouldn't keep their opinions to themselves just because you don't agree with them. Deal with it!

You're always welcomed in Bethsoft Forums, clearly you and your bs opinions are not wanted here. Please go and continue a typical conversation in Bethsoft forum such as this:

-Skyrim is awesome isn't it.
-Yeah it is. How lucky we are to have such a game.
-You're deadly right my friend. I will buy two copies of Skyrim just to show my love to Bethsoft.
-I'll buy 3! And don't care how the graphics, game mechanics or story turn out. I'll buy them with blindfaith because Bethesda never failed to deliver.EVER!

I have never heard of such a small game before. I'm very afraid, if I cannot sink at least 400 hours into this game with excellent graphic's, the game is worthless to me....
