Everyone is missing the point, he didn't get the board from a retailer, he got it from eBay, and the bridge wasn't included.

SLI bridges pretty much work or don't work, there's no variance to the quality of the performance you'll get based on which model you choose. The only difference between them is how long they are, and whether they're rigid or flexible.

This is all you need to know.
