It sits at 1.248V at idle.

It is set higher in the BIOS, but to what, I don't know offhand (probably somewhere around/between 1.26xV to 1.28xV). That is not how much the CPU normally gets anyway, rather acts as a threshold as the highest it should ever get during transitions/spikes (if I have it right), so I don't really worry too much about that, as it's not high or anything.

Under load, it's like 1.232V or 1.224V.

It stays absolutely stable, so I don't worry about it too much.
