To Buy or Not to Buy?

I have read a review that said blacks were not the deepest but at this price point and for what the TV has, it is pretty tempting to me. I live in a dorm room so 42" is kinda big still this TV is very appealing for the price. I dunno if I should pull the trigger or wait for holiday season

Pull the trigger, its a damn sweet tv and a really good price.

You will be silly not to

damn...my bro talked me Damn I wanted to buy this, my bro talked me out of it...plus the size is kind big for a dorm room and I'm a college student. I know this will prbly haunt me for the rest of my life haha...if only it was in the 400 range...would have done it w/o any questions.

**** i really wanna buy this. I have an LN32B650 my bro is using right now, was gonna replace it with this seemingly suprerior TV.

Money is kinda tight...I would hope this TV goes lower in price...I DO WANT BAD but I'm a college kid on a budget

I will just take my B650 back and put the money towards getting some surround sound i suppose. ARRRGHHHH

Buy. Unless you go 10 degrees of vertically:

No swivel too if it matters.

Nah I can't i want to spend that money on a 5.1 system since i technically have a 32" LN32b650 to use even though my bro has it. I do want it but imma hold off for any other deals past thanksgiving and BF and christmas...

I hope its not a mistake

u and i my friend.. u and i..

I may have jumped this deal if I didn't see the review that the vertical angle was that bad. (tHE tV will be placed 4 1/2 feet from the ground).

I hope there's a good 46-50 inch 3D TV sometime between now and Christmas for about 900 bucks hehehe.

I picked up a 120hz Apex 40" and enjoy the size, slimness and such for $329 at target. Picture wise, its decent, and LED backlit.

When I was in the dorms though, I was always hesitant of having things that could easily be broken...so why not go cheap and wait until graduation?

Why not?

Have fun with your display. Take care of it and I hope you can turn off the 120hz "after effects" (like dejudder, etc.)
